My train ticket cancellation 10-08-2017 date change 15-08-2017
A ticket was booked under PNR No. 2157929553. Total charges of ticket was Rs. 210/-. Ticket was not confirmed till preparation of chart. ( after preparation of chart it indicated Waiting 16). Only Rs. 150 refunded. You deducted Rs. 60/-
My question is
What was my fault. and why I pay Rs. 60/-
there is fixed Clearkage charges of Rs.60 for a reserved ticket, which is Non-Refundable.
